Careers for Graduates

Liberal Arts College (LAC) graduates have a wide range interests, a fact reflected in their post-College careers. An extremely high percentage go on to professional and graduate schools, and to win academic awards.

They do graduate work in prestigious universities across Canada and in the United States, as well as in Britain, France, Germany, and other countries. College graduates frequently win scholarships and fellowships for advanced work, including grants from Harvard, Toronto, Yale, Oxford, Princeton and Cambridge Universities and the Rhodes scholarship fund, among others. Many College graduates are teaching today in colleges and universities, in a broad number of disciplines; others have gone on into law, medicine, and business; all agree on the enriching role of the Core Curriculum education received at the College.
